Essence of place music begins with us visiting a place in nature with our guitars and seeing what music comes. The idea is literally to capture the essence of that place through spontaneous composition. When we properly record the tunes later on, we use field sounds recorded on site and add vocal and instrumental parts that further reveal the essence of our experience of that place.
